Philo Ticketing uses Australia Post’s regular mail service, which may take up to 7 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you book less than 7 days in advance, you must collect your tickets in person or use “Print at Home” ticketing.
Print At Home Ticketing
Philo Ticketing now allows you to print your own tickets at home. Any reasonable quality printer capable of printing an A4 sized sheet will suffice. When placing your order you will be asked to provide a password. Following confirmation of your order you will receive an email with an Adobe Acrobat PDF file attached. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer you may obtain a free copy from:

On opening your ticket PDF file you will be asked for your password.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst you can print multiple copies of a ticket only one can be used. Once electronically scanned at the venue entrance any attempt to use another copy will generate an alarm in the scanner.
Philo Ticketing Collection
It is possible to have your tickets mailed to you . You may also choose to collect your tickets at the venue up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of the performance.
Venue Collection
For most events, tickets may be collected from the venue up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of the performance. Please check with Philo Ticketing staff what arrangements are in place for that event.
Significant queues may occur at busy events so please come early if you are collecting your tickets at the venue.
PLEASE NOTE: The credit card used to purchase the ticket/s must be sighted upon collection. Philo Ticketing staff may also ask for further identification.
