TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FEES
Tickets purchased or collected in person at Philo Ticketing do not attract a fee unless payment is made using a cheque. Tickets purchased through Philo Ticketing by telephone or online attract a fee only if the tickets are to be posted or collected at the theatre. The fees are as follows:
Postage & handling (per transaction, tickets will only be posted up to 3 working days prior to the performance) - $2.00
Collection at the theatre (per transaction, payment must be made at the time of booking) - $5.00
Payment by cheque (per transaction) - $3.00
TICKET REFUNDS
All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the performance is cancelled. No refund will be given for tickets downgraded to a performance or concession type of lesser value.
TICKET EXCHANGES
All ticket exchanges must be carried out in person at Philo Ticketing a minimum of 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance. An administrative fee of $2.00 per ticket will be charged and seating cannot be guaranteed.
Should a ticket be exchanged to a performance or concession type of higher value, the patron will be liable for the administrative fee plus the difference in price.
CONCESSION POLICY
Proof of eligibility of concession must be presented to Philo Ticketing staff upon collection of tickets. Some concession types and promotional offers may not be available online. Concessions tickets purchased online may require proof of eligibility of concession to be presented at the door prior to entry to the performance. Unless otherwise stated, Child concessions are available to patrons aged 14 years and under. Seniors discounts apply only to holders of ACT Seniors Cards (or other State’s equivalents). Student discounts apply only to full time students.
For performances where family tickets are available, they may be purchased to cover entry for two adults and two children, where the children are of an age eligible for the Child rate. Family tickets are available online but will be checked for eligibility at the door prior to entry to the performance.
LATE ARRIVAL
Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the production company. Please contact Philo Ticketing for details specific to the performance you have purchased.
INFANTS POLICY
Children up to the age of four may be admitted without a ticket on the condition that they do not occupy a seat.
SEATING ALLOCATION
Our online ticket service is connected real time to our box office ticketing system. Seats selected may become unavailable prior to finalising your transaction. In this event you will be given the chance to reselect alternative seats or cancel your purchase. To discuss your seating preference with our staff, please contact Philo Ticketing or come and see us in person.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
If you have specific seating needs, please contact Philo Ticketing in person or by phone to discuss your seating arrangements with our staff.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
Please report lost or stolen tickets to Philo Ticketing as soon as possible. Duplicate tickets will only be issued half an hour prior to the performance from the venue Box Office.
CHANGE OF ARTIST
The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
